Fall Meeting & Elections - Friday, October 24 at 6:30 pm
Location: Gould Barn, One Howlett St, Topsfield (same location as 2008 Spring Meeting).
Parking is available at the Congregational Church across from the Topsfield Green.

The main purpose of this meeting is to elect Board members for 2009.
Current board members are:
- President - Nancy Cole
- Vice President - Paula Bossone
- Treasurer - Lynn Reaser
- Clerk - Jay Batson
- Secretary - Jim White
Jay Batson is stepping down as Clerk after holding this position for 3 years. All other Board members are standing for re-election, but may be challenged by any club member.
If you wish to run for the Clerk position, or any other position, please see information about Board positions and the election process. If you plan to run for office you must post your intention on the election forum by October 20. Board members must have access to email so as to participate in Board discussions and decision making.

All NSC members are welcome and encouraged to come and participate. The floor will be open for questions and discussion.
